大家好！今天与各位分享一条重大喜讯 -- 阿诺于7月1号已正式加入山特维克集团！山特维克作为阿诺的控股股东持有72.4%的股份。此次并购引起行业内普遍关注，这也将会是载入中国刀具行业史册的里程碑事件。阿诺将隶属于山特维克金属切削板块（Sandvik Machining Solutions，以下简称SMS)。

We are pleased to announce that Ahno has officially joined Sandvik Group on July 1st! As the controlling shareholder of Ahno, Sandvik holds 72.4% of the stake. This acquisition has attracted widespread attention in China’s cutting tool industry and will be a milestone event in the industry. Ahno will be reported within the business area segment Sandvik Machining Solutions (SMS).

As a Top-10 company in Sweden, Sandvik was once one of the Global 500 companies and the Global 100 innovative companies. In 2023, the revenue of the Group is about SEK 127 billion in about 170 countries, with approximately 41000 employees. SMS is also a leader in the field of global cutting tools, with huge brand influence, industry-leading technology research capability, as well as rich platform resources.

As one of the domestic premium brands of metal cutting tools, Ahno has been insisting on innovative R&D and constantly enriching its product line since its establishment in 2002. At the same time, Ahno is committed to providing customers with more overall solutions, which has achieved outstanding results in the field of solid carbide tools, indexable inserts, PCD, coating, medical tools and so on. There are 6 factories and more than 20 regrinding and coating service centers. In 2023, the company generated revenues of approximately CNY 812 million.

Sandvik attaches great importance to the Chinese cutting tool market, and also recognizes and values Ahno’s industry position and future development. On the basis of Ahno, it has established the China Division to ensure the sound and stable development of Ahno within the SMS system. Sandvik has set up several expert teams to help Ahno, especially in the area of inserts and PCD and to achieve a smooth and efficient integration between the two sides, as well as all-round ability enhancement and value creation. It will greatly help Ahno to enhance the related innovation ability, provide a premium production process, and improve the R&D system. With the rapid improvement of Ahno’s insert capability, we believe this will also promote the progress and development of China’s insert industry.
